NLCA is pleased to present the selection criteria and process policy. This document outlines the following:

This document was reviewed by Cricket Canada and Cricket Canada’s High Performance Manager and was updated based on their feedback. Cricket Canada has approved this NLCA selection criteria and process document. Please note that our selection committee (Sentill Selvamani, Rakesh Negi, Kaivalya Kulkarani and Kathir Chenthilnathan) will use this document to select the team to represent the province. Also, a selection framework was developed to list players, evaluate and monitor their progress. We have also attached the framework. This selection criteria will be further developed as we continue to optimize the criterion and processes and develop talent across neutral selectors in the province.
